Lilleshall Abbey
Founded in about 1148, this Augustinian abbey became a private residence after the Reformation, and was severely damaged during the Civil War during a Parliamentarian siege. SACRE stands for Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education and every local authority must have one. The Iron Bridge
The world's first iron bridge was erected over the River Severn here in Shropshire in 1779. This pioneering structure marked a turning point in English design and engineering; after it was built, cast iron came to be widely used in the construction of bridges, aqueducts and buildings.
The Iron Bridge's story began in the early 18th century, in the nearby village of Coalbrookdale. Abraham Darby pioneered the smelting of iron using coke, a process that was a catalyst for the Industrial Revolution. It was Abraham Darby III who cast the ironwork for the bridge that still stands today, using the same techniques developed by his grandfather. The bridge was so successful that it gave its name to the spectacular wooded valley which surrounds it, now recognised as the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.

Top Hat Stage School
Top Hat is a part-time stage school where children can learn dance, drama and singing. Each term sees a full scale production staged. Sessions take place on a Saturday morning, and are available for children aged 4 - 17. A free trial session is available.
Trinity Martial Arts
Trinity Martial Arts run kickboxing classes for 5 year olds and upwards, which are a fun and friendly way to get children involved in martial arts. Their aim is to provide a safe environment where children are helped to develop their confidence, increase their concentration and coordination and develop through structured progression.
Universal Taekwon-Do
UTKD offer classes to children from the age of 4 and upwards. Classes are safe, fun and informative, delivered by inspirational instructors, who are excellent role models for your children! Views and Opinions Inspire Change for Everyone (VOICE)
VOICE was the name chosen by Telford & Wrekin Council's Care Council members which has been meeting regularly since November 2008. The word 'VOICE' is short form of the group's full name which is 'Views and Opinions Inspire Change for Everyone'.
VOICE is a fortnightly forum where young people who are in care discuss important issues with senior managers at the council with the aim of helping to shape and improve services.
